CHECK UP & TEST & INSPECT

We know a lot is possible. When we get a certain question, we say yes, but then we also like to prove the concept thoroughly. We build a test setup and test. Sometimes a certain error occors on-site. Then we also take it to the prove or see how processes are taken in control to give advice or make them work with small adjustments.

ON SITE LASER MEASUREMENT ISOMETRIC DRAWING & SET OUT

As plans evolve, the place where it gets done, start to get important. Where comes the equipment, lines, tanks, holes. With an isometric drawing with lengths, bows and brackets, calculation can be started. At this point we also can mark out the routes and positions. We know the site & situation.

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE

After a careful time of measurements, engineering and production, loosing it all at installation and launch is a no go. We understand the drawing, situations and plans. For on site guidance and support we do last minute checks, consult and lend a hand. Eye on security and safety.

A3 / A4 Color Scan & Laser Prints

We engineer standard on A3 paper format. It's the most practical common format and most of the details are clear.

Also scanning is still an ease. In need of an booklet or technical documentation? We add color to it.

A0/A1/A2/A3/Banner Color PLOTS

Most of the engineering projects cover more than a little corner. Complete systems, building out-lines, P&ID's, when plotted speak more and give more place for talking and commenting than on a screen. When we make change in plans, we plot it right away. Get the complete view.

3D SCAN FOR MODELLING

Yes we can scan. It is still experimental and with an accuracy of 1mm, we can make contours digital, that would not easily be modelled. Besides a face or body scan, we can make 3D images of part with a max of 2 x 2 x 2 meter.

When combined we can make bigger structures. Nice for undefined surfaces.

3D Print PLA 330x330x400mm

As a model gets designed, visualised and even printed on paper, a prototype in hand gives the right feeling. Besides prototypes, real useful parts can be made. We can print PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, PVC within a volume of 330x330x400mm. We got PLA in a standard set of colors in stock.
