All kind of parts, simple or complex can be cut out of plate with laser, plasma, CNC, or even with waterjet. In CAD we make the desired drawings. Depending on material and finish we get it cut. Plate thickness can be from paper thin to 300mm steel. Materials like stainless steel, normal steel, aluminium, rubber, leather, wood, Plexiglas and acrylics.
Of course we can make and build it totally on our own. We will try to do so. And because we understand the desired requirements, we will guide to outsourced production. Besides the normal flow of production, we check and supervision. Possible fault can be defeated early and progress is secured
We have the possibility to weld small & constructive parts. Yes we can but we also have certificated welders in our network. Vacuum insulated pipe lines, special valves, cryo equipment, special equipment and custom furniture.
Small series and special one of a kind parts we can produce on our Lathe. When there are multiple series, we have the right connections to produce CNC according to drawing on high standards.
We have a sawing machine to cut non-ferro materials like stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminium. Also some plastics like PE-M, PVC, POM, PTFE. To get started, we have an assortment of pipe, rods and profiles on stock. When needed, we can get it quickly.
